In Micah 6:8 we find the prophet calling the nation of Israel to Reflect the character of God in Response to His faithfulness in their lives. They were being called to Return to Him and Repent of all the times they hadn’t trusted Him and tried to do things on their own. He had Revealed to them Himself what their lives were supposed to look like and the things they were supposed to do. Rectify. Respect. Resign. Rejoice. Reduce. Represent. It’s time for us to listen to Micah’s words for ourselves and Reply with our lives.

One of the most difficult hurdles to overcome is the transition from elementary to middle school.
“SWAT MS” is a purpose-driven student ministry that connects the students of today to the world of tomorrow. Because our world diminishes absolute truth and moral norms, it is imperative that Middle School students be transformed by the Word of God, through the Spirit of God, to the Son of God.
The SWAT Middle School Ministry exists to expose middle school students to God’s love, to equip them to exalt God, enjoy other believers, and experience the work of the ministry.
Sunday Morning Bible Study
Sunday Morning is a dynamic worship time in the SWAT Middle School Ministry. Our students grow through memorizing scripture, taking sermon notes and developing a daily quiet time which strengthens their relationship with Jesus Christ. After meeting in a large group session, students then go to their age appropriate gender- specific Sunday School class. It is in these small groups where friends, fellowship and faith grow.
Ministry Teams and Projects
MBC encourages the middle school students to discover their spiritual gifts and talents. We also believe in spreading God’s love to others in our community and around the world. Whether it is going to a home of an elderly person and doing yard work, cleaning up the litter on a city street, or singing to a group of neighborhood children… we intend to be ministers of God’s love and grace in the best way possible.
