God’s Four Laws of Life
God’s Word teaches that one can know he has Eternal Life!
“These thing have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” I John 5:13
If God were to ask you...“Why should I let you into my Heaven?”...what would you say?
God’s Four Laws give the answer!
Law one
Heaven is a free gift; it is not earned or deserved.
“the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ out Lord.” Romans 6:23
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
‘For God so loved the world, hat he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world through him might be saved.” John 3:16-17
Law two
Man is a sinner and cannot save himself.
“As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one.” Romans 3:10
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Roman 3:23
SIN MEANS “MISSING THE MARK” OF GOD'S STANDARD
ADAM SINNED BY DISOBEYING GOD; THEREFORE, ALL OF MANKIND INHERITED A SINFUL NATURE.
“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; an so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” Romans 5:12
“For here is not a just man upon the earth, that doeth good, and sineth not.” Ecclesiastes 7:20
Law three
Jesus died and paid for man’s sin.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life trough Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23
“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” I Corinthians 15:3-4
“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.” Ephesians 1:7
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6
“He came into his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” John 1:11-12
JESUS IS THE WAY TO HEAVEN
Law four
Faith is the key to Heaven.
“Four by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God; Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9
SAVING FAITH IS WHEN ONE DECIDES TO MAKE A COMPLETE TRANSFER OF THEIR TRUST TO JESUS CHRIST
How does one receive Christ?
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans: 10:9-10
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
FAITH = Forsaking All I Trust Him
“…Behold now is the day of Salvation.” 1 Corinthians 6:2
Does this express the desire of your heart? If so, welcome to God's eternal family!
Your Sins Are Forgiven
“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us form all unrighteousness.” I John 1:8-9
You Have Eternal Life
“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth no the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” John 3:36
“And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Gather’s hand.” John 10:28-29
Now that you are a Christian…What’s next?
- 1. YOU…should make a Public Profession of Faith
“Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.” Romans 10:11 - 2. YOU…have the privilege of Baptism
“Then they that gladly received His word were baptized.” Acts 2:41 - 3. YOU…can grow in Christ
“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.” II Timothy 2:15-16
