Mid-Way Interns are Young Adults, between 18-26 years old, who have the opportunity to serve alongside Mid-Way’s church staff. Interns help enhance the ministry of
Mid-Way Baptist Church. God is going to use you!

We want to train and equip young leaders, people who are awakened to the God-given potential inside of them, to make an impact for the glory of God using the gifts God has given them. Fall Internships will launch in August 2025. Applications are open for the fall internship.
This internship was such a great blessing and opportunity for me. I learned so much about the behind the scenes of ministry and how important every little detail is. I have grown so much in my walk with the Lord and my passion to serve Him. The Lord has taught me so much through this internship and allowed me to give back to the church that I love. I would definitely recommend the internship to anyone wanting to go into ministry or to anyone with a heart to serve!
