We are so excited that you are interested in Mid-Way's residency program!

As a Mid-Way resident, you will be able to have a hand in all that God is doing in and through our church staff.

You will be immersed in all areas of ministry for the next 1-2 years.

This opportunity is for young adults ages, 20 to 27.

It's a calling. It's a privilege. Above all, it's a chance to serve like Christ did.

It is our prayer that you will see God working in your life in fresh and new ways during your residency.

Missions Residency

I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Kids Ministry Resident for the last year, and it has been such a blessing. My absolute favorite part of this residency experience has been the team I have worked with. They have guided and shepherded me, and they have given me many opportunities to grow and stretch this past year. I have had the chance to teach lessons in our Kid’s services on Sundays, I have learned how to run tech for a church service, I had the opportunity to go to camp this summer, and I have seen firsthand what it takes to keep a ministry like this running. This experience has sharpened me and confirmed my calling to ministry, and I would recommend it to anyone who feels like the Lord has called them to ministry as well!
