Flourish Biblical Mentoring
The Purpose:
The purpose of Flourish Biblical Mentoring is to provide women a seat at the table for genuine community, positive accountability, and an opportunity for personal and spiritual growth like never before. We want to see Mentors and Mentees flourish in all areas of their lives, as they pursue Christ together.
What is Mentoring?
Women need other women. Like Ruth needed Naomi. Like Mary needed Elizabeth. God can use other women in our lives to sharpen and encourage us so that we can walk in victory and purpose. Biblical Mentoring connects a small group of women to a Mentor, in a closed group setting, in order to encourage and equip them to live out their faith. Mentoring allows a woman to lean into the wisdom, biblical knowledge, and life experience of a godly woman for a season. This is a journey of spiritual growth, learning how to renew your mind, and aligning your life with God’s truth. Mentors will provide Mentees with a "seat at the table" to grow and flourish like never before.
Called to More
Our goal is to call every woman, no matter her age, to more. Biblical Mentoring will help generations journey together through intentional relationships focused on God's Word, calling women to a higher vision, a more abundant life, and a deeper relationship with Christ.

Mentoring Overview
• Mentoring Launch Party: In January, we will kick off the mentoring year with a fun launch party for you to meet your Mentor and other women in your group, pick up your materials, and be ready to start the mentoring journey!
• Biblical Mentoring Groups are designed to have 1 mentor to 3-5 mentees. These are “closed groups” meaning that participants can really get to know each other and open up and share. What is discussed in the mentoring group is kept in the mentoring group, so women can be open and honest.
• Groups meet once a month in the mentor's home, or at the church, for approximately 3 hours.
Commitment Level
-
Joining a Mentoring Group is a commitment, but the personal and spiritual growth, along with the relationships you develop, will make your effort worthwhile!
-
The program lasts 10 months (Jan. - Oct.) and covers 9 different topics, one topic a month until September. The groups will be required to read an assigned book a month, complete a session in your Mentoring Journal, including the "Book Takeaway" pages to share what you have gleaned from the book. You will come to the monthly meeting ready to share what you have learned with your group and/or Mentor.
-
Mentoring groups are required to meet once a month for approximately 3 hours. This is where relationships are built, accountability takes place, and growth occurs. The time and effort you put into the mentoring process will determine what you reap. Mentoring is truly an investment in your future. You will be so thankful for the effort and energy that you invested into yourself, that will overflow into the lives of those you impact.
Want to Become a Mentee?
Do you want an opportunity to grow in your faith and relationship with God? Do you want to renew your mind and overcome strongholds in your life? Would you like to have a seat at the table as a mentor invests in your life by sharing her godly wisdom and life experience with you? Do you have a desire to learn and grow from godly women who are seeking to follow God with their life? Apply today as Mentee opportunities are limited.
Want to Become a Mentor?
Effectively mentoring women will likely be one of the most rewarding ministries of your life. There is an immediate need for older, spiritually mature women to intentionally invest in the lives of women of all ages, providing them with an opportunity to grow closer to Christ. Mentoring will enable them to become the godly women that their husbands, families, churches, and communities need them to be, for the glory of God!
